A graduate of Perry Highschool and a U.S. Army Veteran. After the military Donald then went to work for Pannier Corporation until he retired.
He is survived by two brothers, James (Mary Lou) Berry, and Thomas (Roberta) Berry; nine nieces and nephews; thirteen great nieces and nephews; six great great nieces and nephews; and two grandchildren who called him Grand Don.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his great love Marge Joos; three siblings, Daniel Berry, Bill Berry, and Joyce Beach.
Family and friends will gather on Monday, August 30, 2021 from 2:00 to 4:00pm and 6:00 to 8:00pm at the H.P. Brandt Funeral Home, 1032 Perry Highway, Pittsburgh, PA 15237. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at 10am at Archangel Gabriel Parish (Holy Trinity Church, 5718 Steubenville Pike, McKees Rocks, PA 15136. Burial will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
