Dorothy M. Fuchs

Dorothy M. (Kloes) Fuchs, age 99, a lifelong resident of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 30, 2022. Dorothy was born December 30, 1922 on the Northside of Pittsburgh to the late Thomas and Esther (Lindow) Walsh.

Dorothy will be lovingly remembered for her complete devotion and love for her family. She was the wife of the late Edgar Kloes who passed away in 1962. They share 2 loving sons Thomas (late Judith) Kloes and James (Lynette) Kloes. She will missed by her grandchildren; Tami (Joe) Kukosky, Thomas (Lisa) Kloes, Timothy Kloes, David Kloes, Jaime (Joe) Gundersen and great grandchildren; Makayla, Skylar, Brianna, Brittany, Brenna, Brailey, Joe, Tim, Tom Jr., Kelsey, Karley and one great-great grandson Declan James. She leaves behind her brother Thomas F. Walsh and many cherished nieces' and nephews.

She attended Schenley High School and later went on to receive her cosmetology license. She worked for many years at Kaufman's Salon. Dorothy was the President of the ARP and enjoyed soap operas, crafting and The Hallmark Channel. Dorothy loved watching her Pittsburgh sports teams. She was a true "YINZER"

She is preceded in death by her previous husband Ferdinand Fuchs and her sister Edna C. Leheny

A visitation for Dorothy will be held Wednesday, May 4, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, at the H.P. Brandt Funeral Home 1032 Perry Hwy, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15237. A blessing service will occur Thursday, May 5, 2022 at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Burial will take place at Uniondale Cemetery.
