

Edmond was born on January 29, 1936 in Pittsburgh. After he graduated high school he enlisted in the United States Navy. He then worked as a postal worker and retired at the age of 55.
Edmond always kept busy and was willing to lend a helping hand, especially at his church Ridgewood Church. He excelled in building his house as well as a cabin, enjoyed fishing and was nicknamed the "Cookie Monster" because of his love of cookies.
He is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 50 years Mary Lou Eubert.
Edmond is survived by his daughters Kathy (Willis) Klingenberg, Maureen (the late Walter)Hertzig, Patti (Mark) Reichlin, and Mary Frances (Mick) Gerber; grandchildren Lori Geyer, Paul Geer, Christine McAveety, Brandon Reichlin, Diane Atkinson, Beth Wagner and Nathaniel Reichlin, and great grandchildren Damian, Carter, Abigail, Hope, Benny, Autumn, Jamey, Noah, Colton, Leona, Cameron and Natalie.
Visitation for Edmond will be held at Ridgewood Church,131 Ridgewood Ave, West View PA 15229 on Saturday February 28, 2026 from 10-12 PM. A Funeral Service will take place immediately following at 12 PM. Pastor Chris Hezlep will officiate. A Celebration of Edmond's life will follow at the church. Burial to take place at Allegheny County Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Edmond's name to the VFW.
