Lyla L. (Fike) Griffith , age 72 of Ross Township, passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2017. She was the loving wife of 24 years to David Griffith; devoted mother of Connie (Skip) Holko and Bobby Schmidt, both of Ross Township; Proud YaYa of Brandon, Cory, Alyssa and Katelyn; sister of Shirley Potter of Virginia, Linda Tressler of Confluence, PA, Melvin Fike of Markleysburg, PA and the late Darrell Hardy; step-mother of Nicole (Jude) Bowman of McDonald, PA; Kathi Griffith of Parker, PA; step-grandmother of Jada, Amber, Michael, Ashton, Ethan, Jude, Jocelyn and three great-step-grandchildren; Aubrey, Emma and Carter. Friends will be received on Sunday from 1-4 & 6-8 PM at the H.P. Brandt Funeral Home, Inc., 1032 Perry Highway, Ross Township, (412-364-4444), where services will be held on Monday at 1 PM.
