Mary Joyce Kilmartin

Surrounded by her family, on Wednesday, July 17, 2013, age 87, of the North Side. Devoted wife of 62 years to the late Stephen Kilmartin; loving mother of Patrick (Mary Jude), Mary Ellen, Kathy (Barry) Blaney, Barbara (John) Samber and the late Stephen Kilmartin; proud grandmother of Michael, Kevin, Sean, Scott, Kimberly, Danny, Alex, Emily, Ryan and great-grandmother of Stephen, Joseph and Matthew; sister of Martin Joyce, Annie Coyne, Nellie McDonagh, Johnny Joyce, Sarah Corcoran, Kathleen Joyce-Paige and the late Nora, Brigid and Peggy Joyce and Barbara Nee; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends received 6-8 p.m. Saturday and 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the HEARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4047 Perrysville Avenue, Observatory Hill. Mass of Christian Burial Incarnation of the Lord Parish, Monday 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Christ Our Redeemer Cemetery, Ross Twp. Family suggests memorials to Incarnation of the Lord Parish. Mary was born and raised in County Galway, Ireland.
