Samuel William "Fuzzy" McKinney, age 66, of Evans City, formerly of Millvale, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on Tuesday, June 14, 2016. He was the loving husband of 48 years to Katherine A. (Laughlin) McKinney; devoted father of Kathy "Sissi" Bohr (Philip H. III), Diane Pacheco (Will) and Jill McKinney (Chris Rhodes); proud "Fuzzy Pap" of Sammi Rae, Brendan, Cameron, Josie, Lila and Gabriella; brother of Doug McKinney (Leslie), Kate Owen (John) and Pat McKinney (Darlene); son of the late Samuel and Rita Mae (Flynn) McKinney. Sam, a man of great strength who is also kind, gentle and unselfish, leaves a hole in many hearts with his passing. His mechanical genius at Herky Miller's for over 40 years earned him the name of the "Man Who Could Fix Anything". His silly actions will leave all with amazing memories. Friends will be received 2-4 & 6-8 PM Saturday and Sunday at the Healy-Hahn Funeral Home, Inc., 512 Grant Ave., Millvale. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10 AM in Holy Spirit Parish, Millvale . Burial will follow in Mt. Royal Cemetery., Shaler Township.
