Age 67, of Hampton, passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2014. Beloved wife of Ralph R. Flaugher, Jr.; daughter of Virginia and the late Randall Joseph; sister of the late Max Joseph. Susan worked in the electro-optical equipment field for over 30 years. She was a longtime member of the Shaler Garden Club. Friends will be received on Sunday and Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the H.P.
