Whitney was born on June 28, 1993 and is the daughter of Susan (DeMinche) Boyd and Julius Garrison.
Whitney was a beautiful soul, full of life with the most beautiful smile. She loved to dance and sing and had her own photography business. She had such a love for all animals. She graduated from North County High School in 2011 and she was known as a basketball star on her AAU team. Her family and friends meant the world to her.
In addition to her parents she is survived by her grandparents, Nancy and the late Lewis Beckwith and, Rosetta Dunn and Arthur Garrison; her Godmother, Robin Beckwith, three aunts, Patti (Kevin) Ritchey, Carol (Craig) Varadi, and Rena Peek, boyfriend, Darryl Loman II; and her dog Bandit and her chinchilla Big Mouse. She is also survived by many cousins, family, and friends who loved her dearly.
She is preceded in death by her aunt Louann (Bryan) Reardon.
Friends will be received on Saturday, February 13, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the H.P. Brandt Funeral Home, 1032 Perry Highway, Pittsburgh, PA 15237.
