Long-time resident Billy Boyce Garrett passed away on March 11, 2015 with his loving children at his side. A proud veteran who served in the U. S. Navy, Billy was also a retired CHP officer, served on the El Dorado County Grand Jury, and was a member of the Cal Tex Riders motorcycle club, VFW and American Legion. Billy was a loving and devoted husband, father, brother, grandfather and great-grandfather. The family invites you to join them in celebrating his life this Saturday, March 14, at Chapel of the Pines, 2855 Cold Springs Rd. Viewing will begin at 10:00, the service at 11:30, followed by interment at Westwood Hills Memorial Park.
