Christopher (Chris) Harry Gay passed away peacefully on Monday evening, November 8th, 2021. He was 44 years old. He was born in Montpelier, Idaho to Terry and Gayle Gay. He is survived by his wife Renee Gay, his daughter Ashley Gay and his siblings--Amy (Damon) Chamberlain, Abbie Palmer (Tim DeCair), and Jared (Pamela Jane) Gay. He was proceeded in death by his sister Kathleen Gay.
Chris was a Computer Specialist for many years. He also worked for Sweet Septic and Sierra Ready Mix.
He will be remembered for being such a loving, kind, tender hearted, fun filled, strong and steady man.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2021. Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 3275 Cedar Ravine Rd, Placerville, CA 95667. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share. Meat, cheese, fruit and veggie trays will be provided.
Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel of the Pines in Placerville, CA. Chris will be buried at Green Valley Cemetery in Rescue, CA.
