Donald Edwin Heath passed away, after a long illness, on November 21, 2011, surrounded by his loving family. Don is survived by his Parents, Philip and Shirley Heath of Granite City, Il., His twin brother, Dan Heath and Dan's wife (Lorna) of Somerset; sister Carolyn Johnson of Granite City, Il. A sister, Deborah Taylor, of Granite City, Il. preceded him in death. Uncle of Philip, Brian and Jon Heath, Richard Pacileo, Heather Casey, David Pacheco, Robert Bowman, Michael O’Donnell, and Great Uncle of Marissa and Jacob Casey.
Don was born in Granite City, Il. on May 28, 1956 and graduated from Western Illinois University. Moving to Somerset 16 years ago, Don was the Vice-President of 49’R Propane of Diamond Springs. Don enjoyed the outdoors, especially dredging for gold, but most of all loved being with his family and friends.
A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Westwood Hills Memorial Park, 2720 Cold Springs Rd., Placerville.
