Patricia Ann Stone

February 21, 1942 – November 2, 2011

Patricia Ann Stone at rest after a long illness on Nov. 2, 2011. Pat is survived by her loving companion of 30 years, Len Gaudette. Beloved mother of Jennifer (Mike) Brennan of Martinez and Eric (Shirley) Stone of Livermore. Proud and loving grandmother of Brandon, Sierra and Rachelle Stone. Daughter of the Late Lili Avila and her husband, the Late Jesse Avila.

Pat was born in Brady, West Virginia, a small coal mining town, on Feb. 21, 1942. She grew up in Berkeley, CA and graduated from Berkeley High School. Pat moved to Livermore in 1968 with her late husband, Pete, and lived there for 25 years while raising her family. Pat and Len are 8 year residents of Greenstone Mobile Home Park in Shingle Springs. Pat had many loves, including animals, children, nature, camping, swimming, country western music, dancing and home decorating. Pat enjoyed spending time with her friends.

Funeral Services have been held at Chapel of the Pines Funeral Home with interment at Westwood Hills Memorial Park, both in Placerville. Contributions in Pat’s name may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or www.stjude.org.
