Philip Neale Doré was born on July 24, 1936 in Watertown, South Dakota to James Edward Doré and Mary Kathrine Gillen. He passed away on January 5, 2012 in Placerville, California with loved ones at his side. A Placerville resident for 33 years and a firefighter for 13, Philip cherished life and enjoyed spending time with his family. He is survived by his life partner, Myrtle Norcom; brother, Johnny Doré; children, David Tueller, Todd Tueller and wife Adriana, Michelle Dillard and husband Michael, Dan Doré, John Norcom and wife Cindy, Cathy Norcom and partner Brandi, Jeff Tilley and wife Marilou; grandchildren, Simone, Tina, John-David, Shawn-Michael and wife Emily, Brianna, Jonathan, Sara, Samantha, Emma, Nichole, Jasmine, Daniel and fiancée Ashley, Jessica, Caitlin, Emmalee, Jerad and Brennan; and two great-grandchildren, Hayden and Caleb. In accordance with his wishes, there will be no services.
