Lena, here you are with 1st cousin, Joe Nicolich... my dad.  And me.  I wish I had gotten to know you years ago.  I heard family names, but did not have much interaction, except for a sprinkling of times.  I enjoyed the visits we had in '22, especially when you had us all laughing!  And I remember thinking how blessed I felt to meet another Nicolich woman.  Nicolich by birth, that is.  Like me.  And I wished I had known you years ago.... I know my dad has fond memories of the growing up years you two shared.  

Linda, thanks for having us over for these visits.  They will always be treasured by Dad and me.   Love to you and your family, especially at this time.

It was a blessing to visit with you, Linda, and your mom earlier this year.  I'll always remember the laughs we had that day.  Your mom was a riot.  

Lena Cecco was my second mother.  She always made me feel at home  whenever I came there with Linda and when my dad passed a couple of days before Thanksgiving of 1977 she took me in for dinner with a house full of relatives just so I wouldn’t be alone.  I will miss her bubbly personality and cheerful smile.  May you be united now with your husband Tony whom you missed so much.  You should be proud of your children who held things together.  Rest in peace Lena and Tony.
