Thomas P. Polit- Longtime resident of Plainview, New York passed away on Saturday, October 9, 2021. Proud Marine Corps Veteran, active service in the Gulf War. Former member of the Plainview Volunteer Fire Department. Retired from Town of Oyster Bay Parks Department.
Beloved husband of Virginia, married for 32 years. Devoted Father of Samantha and Thomas. Loving brother of Patti. Adored uncle to many nieces and nephews. Fond nephew to Robert and Mary Ellen. Cherished brother-in-law to Teddy (Barbara) Zervos, Peggy (Ron) Capalongo, Ronnie (Marilyn) Reagan and the late Dorothy Zervos.
