Edith Elizabeth Jackson, 85, of Plano, Texas passed away Friday May 24, 2013 surrounded by her four children after a long illness. She was born December 20, 1927 to Robert William Jordan and Florence Lee Jordan. She had four children: Cindy Mounger of Johns Creek, Georgia; Steve Jackson of Defuniak Springs, Florida; Rob Jackson of Plano, Texas; Lisa West of Plano, Texas. She is survived by five grandchildren: Angela Connelly, Mart Mounger, Paul Mounger, Kaitlyn West, and Kevin West and her three great grandaughters: Riley Mounger, Mary Madeline Connelly, and Catherine Grace Connelly.
She was a wonderful loving mother, grandmother, and friend to all who knew her.
The funeral service is 2 pm on Monday, May 27 at Ted Dickey Funeral Home at 2128 18th St. in Plano, Texas.
She will be buried Tuesday, May 28 at Memorial Park Cemetery in Edmond, Oklahoma. She will be next to her mother, Florence Lee Fry.
