Estelle P (Ganesh) Chetram, age 84, of Plano, Texas passed away on Sunday, June 25, 2023 with friends and family by her side. Estelle was born April 10, 1939 in Port Mourant, Berbice in British Guyana as Estel Ganesh to Jonathan and Iris Ganesh.
She married Ritchie S Chetram in August 1957. She and her family relocated to the USA and lived in Columbus, Ohio and Salinas, California followed by any years in Fresno, California. Estelle was a woman of strong Christian faith, a prayer warrior and lived to serve her Lord. Estelle owned her own licensed child daycare and operated it for many years, Leaving a strong christian legacy through her many children she cared for.
Estelle is preceded in death by her husband Dr. Ritchie Chetram; Sisters Mabel Kharag, Eileen Seencharran and Joyce Wahner; Brother Ronald Ganesh.
She is Survived by her daughter Christine Reep; Son William; Brother Neil Ganesh; Sisters Thelma Singh, Rachael Lekhraj, Jane Baychu and Beatrice Ramdin.
Estelle Leaves behind many other family and friends in the US, Canada, and Guyana.
A Celebration of Life will be held with family and friends at a later date in New York.
