Gerald Leon Chambers

Gerald was born on October 17, 1961 to Leon and Glydle Chambers in Dallas, Texas.

After many months of studying, Gerald obtained his Journeymen Electrical license in the State of Texas. He was very proud of this accomplishment. He was a Senior Technician at a local electrical company before retiring in August 2023.

In 2007, he met Christi Glasscock, and they wed in Feb 2017, forming a blended family which included Gerald’s two daughters, Candice Chambers and Tonya Farrar, and Christi’s son, Gerald Glasscock.

After retiring in 2023, Gerald spent his time learning different ways to grill and cook. He loved sharing his creations with family, friends, and neighbors.

Gerald was predeceased by his parents, Glydle and Leon Chambers, brothers Danny Suttle and Don Ray Suttle, and sister, Patricia Chambers.

He is survived by wife, Christi Glasscock, daughter, Candice Chambers, son-in-law Justin Jackson, daughter, Tonya Farrar, and step-son Gerald Glasscock; sisters, Linda Bean and Billie Robinson; and 4 grandchildren, Jayden Chambers, Angela Chambers, Jace Jackson, and Kaedyn Irby.
