Katy was born on July 23, 1975 at Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas, Texas, a daughter of her father: Philip McCallum and her mother Gay (Griffith) McCallum.
She is survived by her father and mother: Philip and Gay McCallum of Plano, Texas.
A private family graveside service will be held at Plano Mutual Cemetery where Katy will be laid to rest in the McCallum family plot.
Rev. Alice Coder will officiate.
Ted Dickey Funeral Home in Plano, Texas has charge of arrangements for the McCallum family.
