Marie Fitzsimmons

Marie Elizabeth Fitzsimmons, age 96, passed away on September 1, 2010 in Plano, TX. She was born on August 18, 1914 in Brooklyn, NY to William and Marie Haneman. She is survived by her daughter, Karen Kenney; sister, Lillian Lindner of Brooklyn; grandchildren, K.C. Kenney and wife Laura, Lori Prynn and husband Greg, J.P. Kenney and wife Kimmie, Tim Kenney and wife Tracye, Sherry Viverito and husband Robert, Michael Fitzsimmons, Gail Johnson and husband Paul, Laura Kravitz and Husband Scott, Kelly Happer and husband Adam, and Kenny Fitzsimmons and wife Michelle; 18 great-grandchildren and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Fitzsimmons in 1970, sister, Beatrice Polley, brothers, Danial and Howard Haneman. Marie lived with her daughter for over 20 years. Her family was her life and she will be dearly missed. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, September 10, 2010 at 2:00 pm at Ted Dickey Funeral Home.
