

Sharon Manley, 70, passed in peace on February 11, 2015, at William T. Clements University hospital in Dallas. She passed from complications with lymphoma and pneumonia. She was a 13 year survivor of a double transplant. The viewing will be held at Ted Dickey Funeral Home in Plano, TX on Friday, February 13th from 6-8pm. The funeral mass service will be held on Saturday, February 14th at 10am at St. Jude Catholic Church in Allen, TX, where she was a faithful member. There will be a private burial at DFW National Cemetery the following week.
Sharon was born in Utica, NY on February 22, 1944, the daughter of John and Elizabeth McGough. She graduated from Whitesboro Central HS in 1961. On February 1, 1964 she married David Manley in Utica, NY.
Sharon was co-owner of Cards For Less Inc. and operated two large card and gift shops in Plano and Garland TX for 13 years. Her passion was loving her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Sharon is survived by her devoted husband David Manley. Loving mother of Darlene Carlson, Marlene Carlson, and Wendy Macaluso. Proud grandmother of Ryan Macaluso, Trey Macaluso, Frankie Donathan, Blair Taylor, Corey Carlson, Tyler Bradford, Ben Macaluso, and Madison Bradford and her 4 great-grandchildren.
