I miss you Nick its been hard the last 3 years going on 4 this year it doesn't get any easier. I'll always miss and love you

My deepest condolences to your family.  I worked with Nick for about a year and he had an amazing smile and a laugh that was never ending.     He loved to laugh and loved his Cowboys!! We  seemed to always have great conversations and he always mentioned the love and admiration of his children, mother and his sister!  Nick was a kind genuine person and I will miss him!! The memories of knowing Nick are a blessing that I will never forget.  Nick, you are finally in a peaceful place in the hands of God now and forever. I said a prayer for you today my sweet friend and will pray for you everyday. 

I got the pleasure of meeting Nick this past summer at his Aunt Amy’s house in Indiana.   He was very kind and gentle natured.   Prayers for all his family and friends for some peace and comfort.   

I just got to know Nic the last time he was in Kokomo. I really got to like him the more I got to be around him. He really was positive and always seemed happy. He was always talking about his boys it was easy to see how much he loved them. I was heart broken when I heard of his passing. I know his kokomo family well and I know they were devastated. He will be missed. My hope is that his boys will always know that their daddy loved them more than anything. 

Nick was my Nephew, but he was so much more than that. He was my walking partner, my pool buddy and my friend.   He never walked into my house without saying hey beautiful and never left without saying I love you.  Even when would we go long periods of time without seeing each other because I lived in Indiana we would pick up like we had just seen each other the day before.  I lost a little piece of my heart when he left us and I will forever miss him.

Oh nick! I was 17 when i met nick so i have so many memories to hold on to. Definitely the biggest dallas cowboys fan i had ever met! He truly was a great friend. Always had my back and stuck up for me. I loved how complimentary he was to everyone. So encouraging and truly made you feel super special.  Rest in peace my sweet friend! You will be missed greatly but never forgotten!

I love you so much kiddo. You're the only one that never judged me and never let me go. It took a long time for me to get sober and I will never forgive myself for not pushing harder to be part of your life the last few years. It's like when its family, you just assume that you will always have more time, that they will always be there, and when they are ready to seek you out, you'll be there with open arms. But I'm an addict and I know first hand that the last thing you want to do when you're self medicating , is reach out to someone who isn't on that level anymore. So I should have reached out. I should have tried harder to be part of your life. I'm so sorry. I love you so much. I don't have the words to express how I feel because it cuts so deep that words don't live in that space. I will miss you always, until we meet again. 

To the family, I am so sorry for your loss. Nick was a great friend. He always had a smile on his face and always made us laugh.  He was a joy to work with and became a brother!  His two boys were his life. He loved them like I’ve never seen. He was the biggest sports fan. He loved the Dallas Mavericks and the Dallas Cowboys!!! He will forever be remembered!
