Norma Jean Lowe was born on April 4, 1932 in Portage Lakes, Ohio. Norma is the daughter of Charles and Amy Keys. Norma spent most of her younger years in the Portage Lakes area. Norma and Howard were married for 34 years. Norma was very active in her church, Meals on Wheels, and volunteered at the Medical Center of Plano for 19 years. Norma spent her time and her life taking care of others. Norma passed away on July 22, 2016 in Plano, TX. She leaves behind her son, Howard Roger Lowe II and her daughter, Kim Moye. Norma also leaves behind her 5 grandchildren: Howard Roger Lowe III, Robert Thomas Lowe, Katherine Woofter Lowe, CJ Moye, and Amy Moye. A service will be held for Norma at the 1st United Methodist Church of Allen on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at 11 AM. There will be a visitation the evening prior to the service at Ted Dickey Funeral Home from 6 - 8 and a graveside service on Saturday at 1:30 at the Plano Mutual Cemetery.
