Patsy was born on September 5, 1941 in Dallas, Texas a daughter of her father: LD Ragsdale and her mother Margaret (Reinhardt) Ragsdale.
A memorial service & celebration of life for Patsy will be held Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at 2:00 PM at the Ted Dickey Funeral Home, located at 2128 18th Street - Plano, Texas - 75074.
