SCOTT, Carolyn Mae, age 80, of Plant City, FL passed away on May 1, 2017. Carolyn was born in Branch County, MI to Jacob and Pearl (Blatter) King on February 22, 1937. She was an avid quilter, loved sewing, craft shows, and playing the slot machines. She was a crafts judge at the Strawberry Festival and also worked and sold crafts at Parkesdale Farms. She will be remembered most by her kind heart and loving personality. Her family will miss her dearly.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Richard Scott; five sons, Rick, Rocky, Ron, Rusty and Randy Scott; daughter, Robbin Hamilton; two brothers, Forrest and Dan King; two sisters, Rosemary King, Julia Freeburn; 18 grandchildren; and 17 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be on Friday, May 5, 2017, 3pm at First Presbyterian Church Plant City. Donations may be made in her memory to the Quilting Guild.
