She was a member of New Hope Worship Center.
She is survived by two sons, Curtis Wayne Hawkins Sr., Donald Hawkins; Six daughters, Minnie Underwood, Katie Gillum, Cathy Hawkins, Sherry Boyt, Cindy Colkmire, and Diane Moore.
Two brothers, Tommy Melson, John Melson, and one sister, Willie Proctor.
17 Grandchildren, 22 Great-grand Children, and 6 Great-Great Grandchildren.
Visiation will be on September 13, 2011 from 6 -8 PM at Wells Memorial Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be on September 14, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the Funeral home.
Burial will take place at Springhead Cemetery.
Arrangements under the direction of Wells Memorial Funeral Home, Plant City, FL.
