Jackie is survived by mother, Viola Icenhower of Plant City, FL, her children Wendy Pinkston of Zephyrhills, FL, Candi (Eddie) Bedford of Zephyrhills, FL, her grandchildren Joshua Pinkston of Zephyrhills, FL Tyler Pinkston of Zephyrhills, FL Brady (Olivia) Jackson of Zephyrhills, Dylan (Destiny) Jackson of Zephyrhills, FL, Great grandchildren Daimien Pinkston, Samuel Zimmer, Gabriel Pinkston, Memphis Pinkston, Maverick Pinkston, Wesley B. Jackson, Loralee Jackson, Marella Jackson, Eli Luke, Elijah Holley. Her siblings Steve Icenhower of Orlando, FL Pat (Fred) Beaty of Plant City, Daphne Murphee of Plant City, FL Leon Icenhower of Plant City, FL Annie Luke of Wilcox, AZ David Luke of McAllister, OK; long time friend, Bruce Doherty of Zephyrhills, FL; several nieces and nephews.

Jackie is preceded in death by her father Emery Icenhower of Plant City, FL sisters Edna Leesch of Zephyrhills, FL Susan Marie Icenhower of Plant City, FL Mary Frances Brown-Luke of Wilcox, AZ Freddie Luke of Wilcox, AZ Brother in-law Nathan Murphee of Tippo, MS. Son in-law Danny Pinkston of Zephyrhills, FL, Grandson Nicholas Dudley of Zephyrhills, FL.

Jackie was born on March 27, 1952 in Nashville Georgia to Emery and Viola Icenhower. She graduated from Plant City High School in 1970. Jackie was a manager in the food and beverage industry for many years. She had a love for sewing, knitting, and crocheting. She made clothing for herself and her daughters. She was a strong woman, having raised her two girls on her own. Jackie taught her daughters to love one another and to be strong women as well.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2025 from 11am to 12pm at Wells Memorial Event Center with a funeral service at 12pm. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery in Plant City. All are welcome to celebrate Jackie’s life.
