James P. Williamson

He is survived by his wife, Angelina C. Williamson; his only daughter, Kristyn Sage, and husband Mike; his loving cousin, Patsy Robinson, and son John; stepsons Don, Bryan, Chester, and their families.

James served in the US Navy as a Yeoman YN (the original Chief Petty Officer) and was a Vietnam Veteran. He worked for Wrigley's Company, where he retired after 25 years of service. He served the Ministry of St. Clement Catholic Church, Plant City, Florida, and was passionately involved in the "Make Your Own" Strawberry Shortcake Project for many years.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 7, 2021 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Wells Memorial Funeral Home, Plant City, Florida. A memorial mass will be held at St. Clement Catholic Church, Plant City, Florida on Friday, October 8, 2021 at 11:00 am. It will be followed by an interment with military funeral honors at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida, on Friday, October 8, 2021 at 1:30 pm.
