Lou was preceded in death by his wife, Vivian Smith. He is survived by three sons, Louis C. Smith III (Judith), Jeff Smith (Tracy), Myron Smith (Terilyn); two daughters, Adrienne Dilulio (Mike), Cindy Smith; two sisters; nine grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held at Plant City Church of God on Saturday, April 1, 2017 from 11am-12pm followed by a funeral service at 12pm with Pastor Jeff Robinson officiating. Entombment will take place at Sunset Memory Gardens in Thonotosassa, Florida at 2:30pm. If you wish to, you may make donations in Lou’s memory to the Hope Children’s Home.
