BROWN, Norma Kay, age 76 of Dover, Florida passed away on November 21, 2015. She was born in Plant City, Florida to Kelly and Cecil (Thigpen) Childers. She leaves behind her husband of 57 years, Lacy Eugene Brown, and other loving family and friends.
A visitation will be at Plant City Church of Christ on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 from 6pm to 7:30pm. A funeral service will begin at 7:30pm. Burial will be at West Oaklawn Cemetery in Plant City on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at 10am.
