Patricia Ann Grimmer, 87, of Plant City passed away on Wednesday, August 27, 2025. She was born in Gowanda, New York, Ms. Grimmer was the daughter of late Robert Bickmire and Marion Salyer. She was a graduate of Lakeland High School, class of 1955. After retiring as a neonatal nurse, she enjoyed traveling, spending time with her family and researching her Cherokee Indian heritage. She was a member of the Metis Peace River Band of Native Americans and participated in the Alafia River Rendezvous.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Duane Bickmire and is survived by her daughters, Lisa Johnson, Dana Ricketson (Randy), son, Kenny Grimmer (Michelle), 6 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Wells Memorial and Event Center 1903 W Reynolds St, Plant City, Florida 33563. A funeral service will begin at 11a.m. Interment will follow at Hopewell Memorial Gardens.
