Robert, affectionately known as Bob, was born on June 24, 1976 in New Milford, Connecticut to Patricia Riel Gagne and Robert Maurice Gagne. He spent his youth traveling with his family and living in different states and countries which encouraged his love of travel and adventure.
He loved the challenge of learning new technologies and was always on a quest to further his career.
Bob was passionately loyal to his family and loved nothing more than to spend time with those closest to him. In his down time he enjoyed spoiling his dog, Rufus and catching up on the latest Sci-Fi Thrillers.
Bob was a beloved son, brother, uncle and friend who will be deeply missed by his mother, Patricia; sisters, Rhonda Evangelista and Rhochelle Casas; nieces, Tricia, Brianna, Shania, and Danika; and nephew, Victor, along with countless aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He will be remembered for his quick wit, dry sense of humor, determination and charisma.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, June 26th at 11:00 a.m. at Wells Memorial Funeral Home, 1903 W. Reynolds Street, Plant City, Florida 33563 with a visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m.
