Passed away peacefully, March 3, at the LaSalle General Hospital after suffering a severe stroke. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles Eric Humphrey and beloved mother of the late Beverley Humphrey Brucha. She is survived by her son, Francis Humphrey and Daria and her three grandchildren, Anna, Andrew and Abigail as well as nieces and nephews. Many thanks to the wonderful staff at Les Belvederes in Lachine for looking after all her needs for the last three and a half years and to the medical team of LaSalle General for their care in the final few weeks of her life. Evelyn committed her life to the Lord during the Second World War and maintained her faith in Him from then on. She will be fondly remembered by those who knew her. The funeral service will be at Collins Clarke MacGillivray White funeral home 222 autoroute 20 Pointe Claire, Monday March 14 at 1 p.m. Visitation from 12 noon to 1 p.m. Burial to take place at a later date.
