1925 - 2013
On June 22, 2013 Frederick John Cross, son of Alfred and Geraldine Cross, died peacefully at the Cornwall Community Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He will be faithfully and lovingly remembered by his wife of 55 years Veronica (nee Boland), his children Stephen, Alison and Michael (Alana Bourque) and his grandchildren whom he loved so dearly Abigail, Jillian and Evan. He is survived by his sister Carol Crocket and his brother-in-law Gil Morrison of Nova Scotia. He is predeceased by his siblings Helen, Arthur, Alfred (Buddy), Johnny, Geraldine (Liddy), Ruth and George. The family will receive condolences from 5:00 to 9:00 pm on Thursday June 27th at the Collins Clarke MacGillivray White Funeral Home located at 222 Autoroute 20 (cross street Cartier), Pointe-Claire, QC H9S 3X6, (514) 483-1870. Funeral services will be held on Friday June 28th at 11:00 am at St. Edmund of Canterbury Church located at 105 Beaconsfield Blvd., Beaconsfield, Quebec. H9W 3Z8 (514) 695-7100. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to either the palliative care unit of the Cornwall Community Hospital or the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
