My condolences to Patricks’ entire Family and Friends,

Patrick was an amazing colleague, a business mentor to me, and a great example of honesty and integrity. 
We shared many experiences, trips and national sales meetings together, his laughter was infectious and will miss him tremendously. 

May he rest in peace.

Today we celebrated the life of Pat,  taken from us much to early!  My deepest condolences to those who had the privilege of being part of his life.  Pat will be truly missed by many,    May today's pain and sorry become tomorrow's most cherished memories.  RIP my friend 💓

Yolande and I wish to convey our heartfelt sympathy to you and all the family on your loss ... Our loss! Pat was a wonderful human being, friend, mentor and one of the best colleagues that I have had the pleasure and privilege to work with during our time at Sika. Pat made work enjoyable and his unrelenting efforts to achieve perfection in all of his endeavors, both on a personal and business level, setting an example for others to follow. Pat was a "LEADER", his work ethic was unquestionable. His attention to detail and team approach to resolving issues showed just how much of a human being he really was. Pat was one of the most influential individuals in the success of others at work, but lets not forget the fun we had at the National and Regional Meetings, business and training sessions. I am truly blessed to have had the opportunity to have had Pat as a friend and colleague.

My sincere condolences to Elizabeth and the rest of Pat’s family and friends.  I feel very fortunate to have worked with Pat for many years at Sika Canada.  He was always such a positive individual and always kept an optimistic attitude while he dealt with his health challenges.  He was always willing to do whatever it took to ensure he looked after his family and friends.  The world is a sadder place without him in it.

Many great memories of cousin Pat, here are just a few. 
Patrick had a wonderful sense of humor, loved to laugh at pretty much anything, very similar to his Dad. Strong character and good moral ethics,  people looked up to him in both his personal and professional life. A loving husband and father & very proud of his three fantastic children. He loved his sister Bev and the bond between them ran deep. As kids, a lot of time together was spent at the cottage, riding bikes, swimming and laughing at the never ending antics of Joyce & Fred. Pat had somewhat of a tough life, having had to deal with juvenile diabetes and complications that followed. He never complained, kept on the  positive side of life and kept smiling. He believed of living in the moment. He was a perfect role model! 
Patrick was loved by many and will be sadly missed.


Pat’s knowledge, confidence and competitiveness helped us to win many battles for Sika in Southern Alberta and for that I am forever grateful.  Pat and I loved to talk sports when we weren’t talking business, he was especially proud of and loved to share stories of his two son’s accomplishments in both hockey & football.  I will be thinking of him lots as I cheer on Canada in the upcoming World Juniors which we both enjoyed watching and discussing. My heartfelt condolences go out to Elizabeth and family.  RIP my friend.

There is a lot one could say about Pat -  his generosity and willingness to share information and knowledge to all who came to him for assistance,  his ability to listen, his optimism, his keen sense of humour and wit and above all, his friendship.  These are just some of the traits that those who loved and knew him, will remember and cherish  him by.

To the Duffy Family,
I am so sorry to hear of Pat's passing. 
He was a great friend to my brother John Brady going all the way back to our school days in the Bronx.
He was always a welcomed visitor at our home on 5th Avenue. 
I have fond memories of bumping into him and  John at the bars on Bishop street back in the day.
I hope they are sharing some memories together now.

I write to convey my sincerest sympathies to Elizabeth and the children.

It was with great sadness that I learnt that Pat had passed away. Whilst I had not been in contact with him recently, he was always in my thoughts and I asked after him on many occasions.

Upon meeting Pat, who had been mentioned so often and with such high praise during my interview campaign, I came to realize what an exceptional colleague and friend he would come to be. A fountain of knowledge and a witty and kind chap, Pat advised me often and even took time out to visit me when I was hospitalized.

It is my hope that cherished memories, smiles and shared love will bring some comfort to all those who will miss Pat, including myself.

I will remember Pat with great appreciation and deepest regards.
