Peacefully on July 15, 2022, Shirley Swiston, at the age of 98. She will be sadly missed by her family: daughters Ann (Garry) and Carol (Harry), and son Tom (Kathy); grandchildren Erin (Anthony), Adam (Ruth), Paul (Megan) and Scott (Kat); and great grandchildren Dylan, Jade, Eli, Levi and Ella. Daughter of Ferne and Ernest Baker of Montreal, Shirley was an avid skier, golfer and bridge player. She also enjoyed sewing, gardening and entertaining, but her true passion was painting. She will long be remembered for the wonderful watercolour and acrylic paintings that can be found throughout the homes of friends and family.
A memorial service will take place Thursday, July 21 at 12 noon at Collins Clarke MacGillivray White, 222 Autoroute 20, Pointe-Claire, Quebec H9S 3X6.
