Long Island, Bahamas. He was the fourth of eight children.
In 1945 he met and fell in love with Blanche Minkler, formerly Roker. They were married on October 20th, 1946. They had a long and happy life and was blessed with 6 children. They had 1 child from a previous marriage, Angela, who always thought of him as daddy.
His beloved wife passed away on March 30th, 2010 and he has missed her terrribly. On May 23rd, 2013 he quietly went to be with her. Those of us who are left to mourn, will miss him terribly.
