Charles Ira Colton, 72, of Pompano Beach, FL. passed away on December 15, 2016. Born in Cambridge, Massachusetts on August 30, 1944 to Aaron Colton and Frances Levinson. Survived by his beloved wife and soulmate of 31 years, Susan A. Colton, son Marc Colton, grandson Tyler, brother Larry Colton (Marie), nephew Jonathan, brother David Colton (Linda), nephews Josh and Matthew and niece Tia. He is also survived by brother-in-law Robert Franklin (Belinda), and nieces Kylie, Cori and Gracie. Chuck graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Cum Laude, in Business Administration. He was an award-winning textbook salesman with Macmillan Publishing Company and had been enjoying his many retirement years traveling the world, tending to his orchids and bonsai, and loving his cat Bojangles. He was a kind and loving husband who made me laugh and could complete my thoughts and sentences. I will hold his love and memories in my heart forever.
