Donna Jean Calderone

Donna Jean Calderone, born July 30, 1959 in Worcester, MA, the daughter of Donald and Jeanette Gauthier passed away on November 9, 2022 after a courageous fight with Pancreatic Cancer. She is survived by her husband Andrew Calderone, daughter, Dena Kinney (husband Benny and grandchildren Lilly and Maxx), her son, Daniel Flamand (wife Shannon and grandchildren Daniel and Cameron), her brother, Steven Gauthier and sister, Debra Gauthier-Flagg (husband, Barry).

It is said that you will long forget what a person did or had in this life, but you will never forget how they made you feel. Anyone who knew Donna would say she made them feel like they were the most special person in the world. She had a magical way of making all your worries go away and to feel like everything was going to be okay. She offered this gift to everyone from close family to anyone behind the counter of a store, always available to listen and provide her nurturing advice to all who needed it.

Donna spent her young adult years raising her two children. Her world revolved around her kids and taking care of them always. Once her kids were out of the house she began her career with American Airlines and later worked for the Goodyear Blimp where she was delighted to make people’s dreams come true. She loved all animals and was proud to rescue Pugs. You never entered her home without being greeted by her excited fury friends! She will be missed but her love and light will live in all of us whose lives she touched.

A celebration of life will be held in the spring.
