Franklin Delano Flannery

Franklin " FD" Flannery born on August 31, 1932 passed away into the arms of God on September 15, 2016 "surrounded by love " from his family and friends. He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years Louise, his loving children JoAnn Flannery, Tim ( Molly ) Flannery and Diana ( Dave ) Corl, eight loving grandchildren , Chelsey (Jerome), Jaime (Rob), Corey (Lindsay), Brian, Erin, Kevin, Julie and Ryan and ten precious loving great grandchildren. FD also was loved and respected by his many caring neighbors. Passions of his were inline skating, refereeing amateur hockey, and singing with numerous Barbershop Harmony Society choruses for forty-four years. He loved train travel and rode every railway line in the United States and Canada. He was an avid photographer and was rarely without his camera and camcorder. He was a proud Member of the National Society of the Sons of the American Revolution and a Brother of Masonic Millennium Lodge No. 1179, Cheektowaga, NY.
