

Thompson, Ian "Warren", 82, of Pompano Beach passed away March 22, 2012 from cancer. He was surrounded by his loving family. Warren was born in Quincy, MA, January 25, 1930. The family moved to Fort Lauderdale in 1971. Upon retiring, they moved to Pompano Beach where the couple resided ever since. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years Barbara Titus Thompson; daughters JoAnne (Mike) Rountree, Roberta (Larry) Hicks, Traci (Jon) Edwards, Son Scott (Michele). He enjoyed his seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. He was a great husband, father and best friend. Warren was a Korean War Veteran, enjoyed cooking and golf. He was admired by all who knew him. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2012, 12 to 2 p.m.; Kraeer Funeral Home, 200 N. Federal Hwy., Pompano FL 33062.
