Otto Mayer, 92 passed away peacefully in his home on March 8th. He was born in Marienfeld, Romania and immigrated to Chicago 1956. From there, he and his family moved to Lighthouse Point. He is survived by his wife, Stefani of 59 years and their sons, Arno and the late Peter and his brother Josef. He was a loving, hardworking, family man that will never be forgotten. Visitation will be at Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Pompano Beach on Wednesday March 12 from 5-7 pm. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday March 13 at 9:30 am at St Paul the Apostle Church, Lighthouse Point.
