David Randle Staten

David Randle Staten, age 56, died Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at his residence in Judsonia, AR. He was a member of Graham Heights Baptist Church and retired from FedEx. He enjoyed hunting, farming and working on things.

Services will be at 4 PM Saturday, September 22,2012 at Browning Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Lewis and Rev. Harvey Sewell officiating; burial will follow in the Oak Forrest Cemetery. Browning Funeral Home in Pontotoc is in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include his three sons: Craig Staten (Mauri) of Hernando, MS, Bryan Staten (Michelle) of Millington, TN and Matt Staten (Dolly) of Arlington, TN; his mother: Wilma Dobbs Staten of Pontotoc, MS; the Mother of his children: Debra Staten of Arlington, TN; eight grandchildren: Nathan, Mia, Haley, Gracie, April, Cheyenne, Joseph and Hayden Staten.

He was preceded in death by his father: Elton Staten.

Pallbearers will be: Ricky Dobbs, Kimmie Dobbs, Cecil Fitts, Craig Staten, Bryan Staten and Matt Staten.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 PM Friday and from 2 to 4 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
