Angel Marie Kennedy

Angel Marie Kennedy, age 50 passed away Thursday, December 29, 2022 at Pearl River County Hospital in Poplarville, MS. She was primarily a homemaker and a member of Victory Temple Church of God in Poplarville. Angel enjoyed time with friends and dearly loved her family including her canine companions, “Big Boy” and “Raylee”.

Angel was preceded in death by her fiance’, Raymond Lee Mathis; biological parents, Clarence Adams, Jr. and Alice Gisclair Adams; and brother, Benny Michael Gisclair, Jr. Her memory will be forever cherished by her daughter, Casandra Verret (Jimmy Oglesby) of Perkinston, MS; her son, Shane Verret (Georgie Sessions) of Carriere, MS; parents, Benny Gisclair, Sr. and Cheryl Gisclair of Poplarville; a sister, Michele Necaise (Clint Scott) of Poplarville; brother, Dustin Gisclair (Roxanne) of Poplarville; and eight grandchildren, Brixton Verret, Wyatt Oglesby, Trey Oglesby, Kamron Verret, Dominick Oglesby, Jayleigh Browning, Trevor Browning, and Gabby Oglesby.

There will be a funeral service for Angel on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 12:00 PM at Victory Temple Church of God on Restertown Rd, in Poplarville where family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until service time. Burial will follow at Victory Temple Cemetery assisted by Shane Verret, Jimmy Oglesby, Dustin Gisclair, Trey Oglesby, Dominick Oglesby, Hunter Necaise, and Aiden Gisclair as pallbearers, and honorary pallbearer, Matt Porter.
