She is preceded in death by her mother, Grace Bilbo Baughman and two brothers, Roger Baughman and Tony Baughman.
Left to forever cherish her memory are her two daughters, Shannon Baughman and Heather Howell and five grandchildren, Heath Howell, Evan Howell, Lawson Howell, Lila Howell and Dean Howell.
Family and friends are invited to attend Charlotte's memorial service on Thursday, February 1, 2024 for 2:00 pm. Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm at White Funeral Home, 315 Hwy 11 South, Poplarville, MS.
