Diane Smith Lynne died on March 7, 2024. Wife of the late Dr. Sheldon Lynne; mother of Karen Lynne Heath, Laura Mills Lynne, Sheldon Thomas Lynne, & Douglas Steven Lynne. Daughter of the late Dr. Alfred E Smith & Laura Mills Smith. Also survived by 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Age 91, a native & lifelong resident of New Orleans. Graduated with a degree in mathematics from Newcomb college.
Relatives & friends of the family, also members of Woodland Presbyterian Church and First United Methodist Church in Poplarville MS are invited to attend a service at Woodland Presbyterian Church, 5924 Berkley Dr., New Orleans, Louisiana at 10:30 AM on Saturday March 16, 2024.
