Mrs. Wells was born October 3, 1929 in Colorado to Glenn Daniel Sikes and Wilda Higbee Sikes. She was a retired trimmer with Movie Star, Inc. and a member of Juniper Grove Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Clyde W. Wells; three children, Kenneth Ray Wells, James Edward Wells, and Barbara Jean Burge.
Family members include one son, Ricky Wells and his wife Cindy; five grandchildren, Benjie Wells (Lynn), Nicole Oeser (Brett), Chad Burge (Amber), Dusty Wells (Madisen), Daniel Wells; and six great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at WHITE FUNERAL HOME, 315 Hwy 11 South, Poplarville, MS, 39470 on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at 11:00 am. Rev. Dennis Allen will officiate the service. Burial will follow in Juniper Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends and have visitation two hours prior to the service.
