Edna Lenita Ladner

Mrs. Ladner was born February 18, 1937 in Wiggins, Mississippi to Ernest Dedeaux and Dimple Inita Davis Dedeaux. She was a member of Red Hill Baptist Church and retired from Bill's Dollar Store and Movie Star, Inc.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Aubrey Ladner; one son, Joe Ladner; one brother, Gene Dedeaux; and one sister-in-law, Glenda Dedeaux.

Family members include two daughters, Brenda Ladner, Patti Ladner; two brothers, Dennis (Gail) Dedeaux, Jesse Dedeaux; five nephews, Sean Dedeaux, Cliff Dedeaux, Justin Dedeaux, Aaron Ladner, John Ladner; three nieces, Penny Owen, Jennifer Shaw, Amanda Dedeaux; one sister-in-law, Kathleen (Kendell) Ladner; sixteen great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at Red Hill Baptist Church (22 Stone County Road, Lumberton, MS, 39455) on Monday, January 17, 2022 at 3:00 pm. Brother Jacob Smith, Brother Steve Smith, and Brother Eddie Hartfield will officiate the service. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends and have visitation from 1:00 pm until services, Monday at the church.

Pallbearers will be Aaron Ladner, John Ladner, T.J. Ladner, Zach Johnson, Justin Dedeaux, Bubba Shaw, Cliff Dedeaux, and T. Ray Lee.
