Mr. Strahan enjoyed hunting and raising dogs.
He is preceded in death by his father, John Hubert Strahan; one brother, Jim Strahan; one niece, Priscilla Stewart; and one nephew, Bryan Stewart.
Survivors include his mother, Margie Lumpkin Strahan of Poplarville; two sisters, Johnnie Sue (Horace) Stewart of Henleyfield and Barbara (Emile) Anthaume of Belle Chasse, LA; two nieces, Allison Lee of Poplarville and Angela Anthaume of New Orleans, LA; two nephews, Benjamin Strahan of Albuquerque, NM and Daniel Anthaume of Belle Chasse, LA; two great nieces and three great nephews.
Funeral services will be 10:00 am, Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at White Funeral Home, Poplarville with a private burial following. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, Tuesday at the funeral home.
