Leona Mannino Moody

Leona was born October 3, 1930 in New Orleans, LA to Leona Cunningham Mannino and Vincent Mannino.

Leona is survived by; son Warren Lee Moody; and daughter Marci (Joe) Logan; brother Fortune Mannino, brother Fred Mannino and sister Gloria Gillis.

Leona was preceded in death by her husband Charles Warren Moody; father Vincent Mannino and mother Leona Cunningham Mannino; sister Josephine Mannino Stajdel and brother Salvatore Mannino; grandchildren, Kathryn (Aki) Kanakis, Jacob (Natasha) Booth, Samuel (Gretchen) Booth, Jared (Elise) Logan, Elijah (Ariana) Logan, Seth Logan; and a host of great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at White Funeral Home, 315 Highway 11 South, Poplarville, MS, 39470 on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 1:30 pm. Burial will follow in Poplarville City Cemetery. The family will receive friends and have visitation one hour prior to the service.

Serving as pallbearers are Joe Logan, Calvin Moody, Elijah Logan, Jacob Booth, Sam Booth and Aki Kanakis .
